We process your name, business and billing details, contact details, project information and signature to prepare, record and perform your agreement, contact you and send you invoices. This processing is necessary to enter into and perform the agreement and to meet our statutory administrative and tax obligations.

When you sign, we retain the full agreed text, the entered name, the explicit confirmations, a server timestamp and a document verification value. To limit abuse, we store a verification value derived from the network address. Signing does not use eID or itsme identity verification. Security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service.

You may voluntarily provide social media links, videos and project files for us to develop your website. This material is stored in your project record and is not automatically published on your website. Only Rapid Framez can download these files through the secure administration area.

A redacted identity copy is optional. Only with your separate consent do we use it temporarily to manually compare the signatory’s name. Leave only your name visible, hide all unnecessary data and mark Rapid Framez, the limited purpose and the date on the copy. Do not upload a complete, unredacted identity card. You can use the same service without a copy and arrange another manual check via info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online. This check does not use biometrics, eID or itsme and does not change the type of electronic signature.

You can withdraw your consent for this copy via info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online. We delete it once the manual check is recorded. Without a check, the copy is no longer available after 30 days; expired copies are removed from storage on the next administration or upload action. The outcome and time of the check may remain in your project record. Other project files are kept for as long as needed for the assignment and may be deleted on request, while retaining necessary agreement and billing data.

For secure file submission, a necessary session cookie is set after signing and is valid for up to 24 hours. It is not used for marketing or tracking.

Your data is stored in a private database for this website, accessible to Rapid Framez. For technical hosting and storage, we use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not use your data for marketing without a separate legal basis.

This website does not process online payments. Once the email service is configured, we use Resend for automatic application notifications to info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online. Your application details, signed agreement and secure references to project material are emailed to Rapid Framez. Uploads and identity copies are not sent as email attachments; they stay in the private project record. No automatic confirmation email is sent to you. Rapid Framez prepares and emails you the invoice and payment link. When you use the separate payment link, the relevant payment provider processes payment data under its own privacy information. Rapid Framez does not store card or bank details through this form.

We retain data for as long as needed for the agreement, follow-up, establishment or defence of rights and applicable statutory administrative and tax retention requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.

You can email info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. These rights apply subject to the conditions of applicable privacy legislation. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority via gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

The required fields are needed to record an agreement in your business’s name. Without these details, online signing cannot be completed. This form does not make solely automated decisions with legal effects.

For a question without obligation, we also ask for your phone number so we can answer you quickly and directly.

Referrals: you may optionally provide the referrer’s name or company and email address. We use these details only to check the referral and follow up on the free month. Provide these details with the referrer’s knowledge.

Only with separate, voluntary consent do we show an actual signing or a sharing discount actually applied to an invoice as an anonymous notification for a maximum of 24 hours. We show no name, business, location, contact details or document reference. You can decline without affecting your application or sharing discount and withdraw your consent via info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online. For the sharing offer, we keep your shared post link, your confirmation, the verification record and invoice record in your project file to process the discount. The link is only checked by Rapid Framez and is not shown publicly in these notifications.

Vrijblijvende formuleaanvragen: Rapid Framez gebruikt je contactgegevens, bedrijfsnaam, wensen en afspraakvoorkeur om je aanvraag te beantwoorden en een kennismaking voor te bereiden. Dit is geen marketinginschrijving. We verwerken noodzakelijke gegevens voor stappen op jouw verzoek vóór een eventuele overeenkomst; zakelijke contactopvolging en misbruikpreventie steunen waar nodig op ons gerechtvaardigd belang. Aanvragen, notities en reisafspraken zijn uitsluitend toegankelijk in beveiligd beheer en worden opgeslagen bij onze hostingdienst. Niet-omgezette aanvragen worden bij de opruimcontrole twaalf maanden na de laatste geregistreerde dossierwijziging verwijderd. Leg actueel contact of een concrete bewaarbehoefte tijdig in het dossier vast. Voor ondertekende overeenkomsten gelden de bestaande bewaartermijnen. We gebruiken tijdelijke beveiligingscodes voor misbruikpreventie en slaan bij deze aanvraag geen volledig IP-adres op. Travel costs: only when you start the route calculation do we send the departure and visit addresses to Google Maps Platform. We do not send your name, email address or phone number. This prepares the meeting you requested. The calculation remains in the open page’s memory for up to ten minutes. We do not permanently store Google route descriptions, coordinates or distances. Your secure lead record stores the addresses you entered, our non-binding price proposal, the VAT basis, calculation time and a verification code. The same retention review and rights as for website enquiries apply. Google processes the request under its own privacy policy and may process data outside the EEA. Enquiry data is not sent to analytics. You can request personal confirmation of costs without using the calculator. A calculated amount is not a booking, customer agreement or payment.

Payment preference: we retain your choice with your application and agreement to follow up payments. This website does not request an IBAN, BIC or SEPA signature. A mandate and related bank details are processed separately outside this website. Full mandates and signature evidence must not be uploaded with project files.

SEPA follow-up in administration: Rapid Framez may record limited external dossier references, manually confirmed status, notification dates and review times. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. This serves agreement performance and the justified interest in administration and evidence. These data are retained as long as necessary for the agreement, applicable retention duties and disputes, then deleted or anonymised. We share the data necessary for execution with Mollie and the relevant bank. Before external mandate processing, you receive separate privacy information about the service used and retention periods.

For the second-chance offer, we store your contact and business details, social profiles, shared post link, screenshots and review decision in a restricted-access file. Only Rapid Framez can view the evidence. We use it to assess your application, reply to you and assign the benefit once to the correct business. A necessary session cookie may remember your personal approval link. Provide only relevant screenshots and hide other people’s details. Email info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online with questions or to request deletion of evidence that is no longer needed; legal retention requirements for a concluded agreement still apply.

Newsletter: subscribing is voluntary and separate from applications, agreements, analytics and promotion cookies. We use your email address, optional first name, language and chosen topics for messages you voluntarily choose in the form. Your subscription is active immediately; no extra mailbox confirmation is needed. We retain your form choices as consent evidence; this does not verify ownership of the email address. The weekly newsletter may contain offers; additional promotion alerts require a separate choice and are limited to one every seven days. Resend processes delivery, recipient data and delivery status. Individual open and click tracking are disabled. Email links let you unsubscribe or change preferences without an account. Old pending address data from the previous confirmation flow are erased after seven days; unsubscribed or blocked address data after 30 days. Delivery logs remain for 90 days and non-personal daily totals for 395 days. Minimal consent evidence and a secured suppression hash remain during the subscription and at most one year afterwards. Delivery payloads are encrypted and erased after provider acceptance. Abuse limits use a temporary hash for at most seven days. Cleanup runs during newsletter and management actions. You can also erase your personal newsletter data immediately through the preferences link. Private links are excluded from website analytics.

Nonbinding questions: we use your name, email address and question to reply. Your question is saved in the secure administration area and reported via Resend to info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online. Questions remain in the website administration for up to twelve months; older questions are removed on the next question or administration action. To prevent abuse, we store a hash of the IP address with the question. This is not a marketing subscription.

Later submissions: after a new signature, you can add materials for seven days using a secret private link. Only a hash of the key is saved in the database. Anyone with your link can add materials to your file and see filenames; they cannot download your agreement. Keep the link safe. The necessary secure upload cookie remains valid for at most 24 hours. Additions do not change your signed agreement.

Historical daily counts: with measurement consent, we count steps, plan, language and sector each day. These separate totals contain no name, email, IP address or session code and are kept for up to 90 days. The new behavioural analysis below uses a separate basis. Missing historical sessions are not reconstructed.

Na toestemming bewaart rf-analytics-session-v1 een willekeurige sessiecode in de browser en browsertab: maximaal 24 uur, met een nieuwe sessie na 30 minuten zonder activiteit. Dezelfde actieve sessie wordt tussen tabbladen gedeeld om onnodige dubbeltellingen te voorkomen. De server bewaart een hash. Routes blijven 30 dagen beschikbaar; daarna worden details van de sessie losgekoppeld en blijven ze maximaal 90 dagen bewaard. Dagtotalen blijven maximaal 395 dagen bewaard. Tijdelijke meetlimieten en foutcategorieën blijven maximaal 7 dagen beschikbaar; oude gegevens worden bij meet- en beheeracties opgeruimd. Gepseudonimiseerde routes zijn geen anonieme gegevens. Bij intrekken stoppen we meteen, verwijderen we de lokale code en vragen we de server de sessieroute te verwijderen. De afzonderlijke dagtotalen bevatten geen sessiecode. Je cookiekeuze blijft maximaal 180 dagen geldig; wijzigen kan via Cookie-instellingen. Aanvragen en ondertekening werken ook zonder meettoestemming.

Het hulpvenster gebruikt tijdelijk paginageheugen. Bezoektijd wordt niet in browseropslag bewaard.

For a contact enquiry, we also store your phone number and the page visited without URL parameters or a fragment. We only use these details to give a focused answer to your question.

Live visitors: only with consent to usage measurement, visible tabs send a temporary random session code every fifteen seconds. This code is stored on this device for a maximum of 24 hours in rf-live-session-v1 so that tabs count once. The server only stores a hash and the last active timestamp. Sessions that do not report activity stop counting after 75 seconds and are deleted at the next counter action. When you withdraw consent, we delete the local code and ask the server to delete the session; if there is a connection error, it expires within 75 seconds. Names, email addresses and IP addresses are not stored for this purpose. The counter shows browser sessions with consent, not a count of unique people.

Kortingen: je cookiekeuze heeft geen invloed op je korting. Nieuwe aanvragen gebruiken geen actiecookie of persoonlijke timer. Oude actiecookies worden bij het volgende bezoek verwijderd. De gekozen korting wordt bij de aanvraag en overeenkomst bewaard.

Meer voor je zaak: we verwerken naam, bedrijf, contactgegevens, diensten, omschrijving, timing, budget en productinformatie voor je vrijblijvende offerteaanvraag. Dit is geen marketinginschrijving. Meldingen gaan via Resend naar onze zakelijke mailboxen. Aanvragen worden twaalf maanden na het laatste geregistreerde contact verwijderd, behalve bij een concrete gedocumenteerde bewaarbehoefte. Mailarchieven moeten afzonderlijk worden opgeschoond.

Opruiming: bij websiteverkeer controleren we maximaal eenmaal per dag een begrensde batch. Zonder verkeer volgt de controle bij het volgende bezoek. Beheer kan extra batches uitvoeren. Niet-omgezette formuleaanvragen worden twaalf maanden na de laatste geregistreerde wijziging verwijderd. Ondertekende overeenkomsten en fiscale dossiers zijn hiervan uitgesloten. Identiteitskopieën vervallen uiterlijk na dertig dagen en worden bij opruiming fysiek verwijderd; eigen versleutelde back-ups na zeven dagen. Back-ups zijn geen permanente archieven.

International business applications: we process the selected country of establishment, business name, VAT number or other business details, selected language, and results and times of tax checks. These details are necessary to handle your application, record the correct agreement and tax treatment, and meet our legal administrative and tax obligations. We do not automatically infer the country of establishment from your visitor language or network address.

We verify business details and tax treatment where possible before or after signing. An invalid check or an outage does not count as confirmation. Where there is uncertainty, we request the necessary additional details. We keep the original signed documents unchanged and record corrections, the customer’s confirmation and the review separately in the secure file. Invoicing takes place only after the necessary verification.

The Dutch original and full translation into your selected other language are kept in the secure file with language, document version, tax assessment and signing details. For application notifications, both documents and relevant details are sent to Rapid Framez through the existing email service. Texts recorded at signing are not replaced by later translations. Application and tax details are kept only as long as needed for the application, agreement, statutory administration and establishment or defence of rights; they are then deleted or anonymised. You may exercise the same privacy rights regarding this. Acceptance of the agreement, acknowledgement of the privacy policy and voluntary consents are separate choices. Language selection is not used for marketing profiling.
