General terms

1. Provider and business use

Rapid Framez offers this service through makkelijkeenwebsite.online. Address: August Cuppensstraat 6 D03, 3580 Beringen, Belgium. Business registration number: BE1023121851. Contact, questions, complaints and terminations: info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online. The application is intended for businesses and independent professional use. The signatory provides accurate business details and confirms authority to bind the business. Rapid Framez may request reasonable evidence of the business or authority to represent it. A declaration of business use does not exclude applicable mandatory statutory protection.

2. Application, agreement and confirmed scope

A non-binding enquiry is not a signed order. A signed agreement may still require verification of business details and tax treatment. That verification does not automatically change the signed text. Performance and invoicing may be postponed while necessary checks remain outstanding. Before signing, the customer can view and download the complete agreement, prices excluding VAT, available tax assessment, terms and privacy information. The customer can correct details or ask questions. If VAT has not yet been confirmed, the VAT amount and final invoice total are determined only after verification. Selected website options are requests for discussion. Demonstrations do not automatically commit to an external service, licence, bespoke feature or additional production. Rapid Framez confirms feasibility and scope in writing before construction. Additional paid work is performed only after prior price agreement and express approval.

3. Plans and included services

Starter includes 7 standard features. Essentials adds 2 commercial choices. Pro includes the same foundation and 2 commercial choices, plus 3 advanced extensions. External subscriptions and additional work are agreed separately in advance. Starter: €49 per month, minimum 24 months. Essentials: €99 per month, minimum 12 months. Pro: €149 per month, minimum 12 months. Business: €2.500 once; optional maintenance €50 per month. All prices exclude VAT. The individual agreement determines hosting, domain name, updates and ownership.

4. Excluded work and external services

Local SEO, additional landing pages, newsletter connections with downloads as lead magnets, extensive photo or video production and drone footage are unavailable within monthly plans, including as paid extensions. Online shops, proprietary extensive booking systems and complex external integrations fall outside those plans. The separately selected one-off recording session is the exception described in article 5. External subscriptions, licences, paid stock files and work beyond the agreed scope are included only if expressly agreed. External services have their own terms and availability. If a necessary external service significantly changes its price or terms, Rapid Framez first discusses a suitable solution with the customer before incurring additional costs. No guaranteed search ranking, visitor count, revenue or result from an external platform is promised.

5. Visual material and the one-off recording session

Before signing, the customer chooses between supplying photos and videos themselves and a one-off recording session by Rapid Framez. The selected session costs €200 excluding VAT for one hour on site. This cost is added only to the first payment and changes neither the monthly plan nor included content updates. Date and content are agreed beforehand. Applications for recordings outside Belgium are first reviewed manually, including their tax treatment. Cancellation of a selected session is governed by the arrangements shown before signing in the individual agreement. Applicable mandatory rights and rights in case of non-performance by Rapid Framez are preserved. These general terms add no cancellation fee or other surcharge.

6. Prices, country and VAT

All stated base prices are in euros and exclude VAT. The customer selects the country where the business is actually established and provides the VAT number or appropriate business details. The visitor’s language, nationality or the location of a device does not determine the tax treatment. The customer can sign while the tax treatment is still being verified. An unconfirmed VAT amount is not presented as zero euros. The applicable VAT and final invoice total are determined before invoicing. For a Belgian business customer, the applicable Belgian VAT applies to the standard services. For a business in another EU country, reverse charging of VAT may apply after verification of the conditions, including business status and the VAT number. For a business outside the EU, the place of supply and business status are assessed. Not every foreign application is automatically free of Belgian VAT; exceptions and combined services are reviewed manually where necessary. An invalid or unavailable VAT check does not count as valid confirmation and does not prevent signing solely for that reason. The customer must report any change of establishment, business status, VAT number or relevant services. A necessary later tax correction is discussed with the customer, with reasons provided, and processed in accordance with applicable law; it does not give Rapid Framez an unrestricted right to change the agreed base price unilaterally.

7. Promotions and referrals

A discount applies only if the customer qualifies and the specific conditions were shown before signing and recorded in the agreement. The agreement states the promotion period, selected term, any rounding of the last instalment and the price after the promotion. No promotion, term extension or marketing consent is added implicitly. For a valid referral, an existing customer receives one free month on their own monthly subscription once the referred new customer has been a customer for at least six months. The new customer names the referrer in the application. Rapid Framez checks the referral and applies the free month to a subsequent invoice. The selected plan and minimum term continue to apply. Other separate promotions apply according to their expressly accepted and recorded conditions.

8. Invoicing, payment and construction start

Rapid Framez itself prepares the invoice and payment link and sends them separately by email. The website does not process online payments or direct debits. Signing does not prove payment. Construction starts only after receipt of the agreed first payment. Under the standard purchase plan, the purchase price is fully payable in advance. Any purchase maintenance is invoiced separately monthly from delivery. The schedule and subscription period’s start date are confirmed by email. A requested start date is a preference, not a guaranteed delivery date. The minimum term begins on the confirmed start date. Invoices have a payment term of 14 calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is overdue, the customer first receives a reminder. If payment remains outstanding, Rapid Framez may temporarily suspend further non-urgent work. For continuing arrears, website availability may also be temporarily suspended after reasonable prior notice. Suspension does not automatically terminate the agreement; services already supplied and amounts owed remain payable. These terms add no fixed penalty, interest rate or collection surcharge.

9. Term, termination and maintenance

The individual agreement states the selected minimum term. After it ends, a monthly plan continues indefinitely and may be terminated monthly. Written termination to info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online must arrive before the next monthly renewal or invoicing date to avoid another monthly instalment. Rapid Framez confirms receipt in writing. A started and paid month is not refunded pro rata, subject to applicable mandatory law. A request to stop a monthly plan before the accepted minimum term does not automatically end the payment obligations agreed for that term. If early termination is agreed in writing, the financial consequences are first confirmed in writing. This does not limit statutory rights arising from a breach by Rapid Framez. For a serious breach, the party concerned is first given an appropriate period to remedy it where reasonable. The Business purchase has no minimum purchase subscription term. Optional technical maintenance is terminable monthly from the start, and terminating it does not change ownership of the purchased website. If a one-off construction assignment is cancelled, the parties agree the consequences based on work performed and statutory rights. No additional minimum term or standard cancellation penalty is added.

10. Materials, feedback and publication

The customer supplies accurate business information, texts, logos, images and other necessary files in good time and holds the required usage rights. The customer reports changes in business information. Rapid Framez is not responsible for errors directly resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information, while retaining its own duty to perform agreed work with care. Before publication, the customer may review the website and report reasonable corrections. Factual errors and deviations from clearly agreed content are corrected where necessary. A substantially different style, structure, content or functionality after approval may be additional work and requires prior agreement on price and execution. Publication follows once the required information is available and the customer has approved it. Delayed supply may affect the schedule; Rapid Framez discusses this with the customer.

11. Use, ownership and transfer

Under monthly plans, the customer receives a right of use for the agreed business activities while the agreement runs. The subscription is not an instalment purchase. Taking over or purchasing the website, source files, bespoke code and technical environment is unavailable under these plans, including after the minimum term. The customer’s own materials remain with the customer or rights holder. The right to use the offered website ends upon termination. Under Business, after full payment the customer receives at delivery the agreed website files, source code, necessary transferable access and transferable rights to the specifically created work. The transfer is recorded in writing so the customer can independently use or modify the website or have another manager manage it. General tools and external components retain their own licences; Rapid Framez lists these and grants or arranges the rights needed for the agreed use. Both parties reasonably cooperate with transferring a domain name belonging to the customer. Only actual external domain-transfer costs may be charged under the arrangement disclosed in advance. A domain transfer does not automatically include transfer of website code or technical infrastructure.

12. Technical management, availability and responsibility

Rapid Framez performs agreed work with care and makes reasonable efforts in technical management insofar as it is included in the selected plan. Temporary interruptions may arise from maintenance, updates, external services, internet outages, security measures or force majeure. Neither uninterrupted 100% availability nor complete security is guaranteed. Problems within Rapid Framez’s management are addressed as quickly as possible with reasonable efforts. Under Business without maintenance, the customer handles maintenance, security and backups after delivery or appoints another manager. If maintenance is selected, the parties confirm access, backup arrangements and execution in advance. For ordinary minor negligence, liability per incident or related series is limited to the higher of €5.000 and the fee excluding VAT for the relevant assignment; for ongoing services, twelve months of fees apply. A higher limit may be agreed in writing beforehand. This limit does not apply to intent, gross negligence, injury, failure to perform essential obligations or liability that cannot legally be limited. GDPR rights remain unaffected. Data recovery is not automatically indirect damage. External outages, cyber incidents or customer changes do not exclude liability for our own failures. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed and does not determine this limit.

13. Confidentiality, personal data and AI

The parties handle confidential information from their cooperation with care. The privacy information describes how Rapid Framez processes application and signing details. Acknowledging it is not general consent to marketing or optional processing. Where Rapid Framez acts as a processor for the customer’s website, the parties make the necessary additional processing arrangements. The customer supplies accurate business, legal and privacy information of their own unless a separate service is agreed for this. Rapid Framez may use professional software and AI-assisted tools, including ChatGPT, in design, development, writing and technical implementation. This does not change the agreed price, and Rapid Framez remains responsible for its own services. Confidential information and personal data may be used in this only with appropriate arrangements and security.

14. Documents, language and electronic signing

This agreement was originally drafted in Dutch. The translation is provided to make the agreement more accessible and may contain translation errors or differences in meaning. In the event of differences between the versions, the Dutch text governs the contractual arrangements and interpretation to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Contact info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online before signing if any provision is unclear. For a visitor language other than Dutch, the Dutch original and full translation are offered before signing. The recorded versions have the same agreement reference and signing details. The customer may download both; Rapid Framez receives and keeps both. The translation is not a sworn translation. The document and confirmations recorded at signing are not later replaced with a new website version. Signing uses an entered name, explicit confirmations, a server date and a document checksum. No eID or itsme identity check is performed. The customer may ask questions before signing. Electronic recording does not limit a party’s right to challenge validity, authority or content with legally admissible evidence.

15. Changes, complaints and applicable law

Changes in price, scope, schedule or terms are agreed in writing in advance. Material changes are not applied unilaterally with retroactive effect. Written arrangements may also be confirmed by email. A subsequently updated terms page does not change a previously recorded agreement. Report problems through info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online so the parties can first try to resolve them directly and reasonably. This is not a mandatory exclusion of court proceedings. Belgian law applies insofar as a choice of law is permitted; applicable mandatory law is preserved. The competent court is determined by applicable rules. If a provision proves wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable, the others remain applicable as far as possible without impairing the agreement’s purpose or mandatory protection. The parties discuss a valid replacement arrangement where needed. No provision grants Rapid Framez the exclusive right to interpret the agreement.

16. Verification after signing

The customer declares that the requested identity, contact, business and invoicing details have been provided truthfully. Rapid Framez may verify these details and the tax status after signing and request additional information, supporting documents or corrections. Invoicing is based on verified and confirmed details and the applicable VAT rules. Signing does not mean that the details provided or a provisional tax treatment have already been approved by Rapid Framez. If details are incorrect, incomplete or contradictory, Rapid Framez may suspend performance and give the customer a reasonable period to correct or supplement the necessary details. In the event of material inaccuracies, fraud or failure to provide necessary corrections, Rapid Framez may terminate the agreement to the extent permitted by the agreement and applicable law. Changes to the contracting party, price or other essential terms are not made tacitly and require an additional agreement or a new signature where necessary. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. On termination, work already performed is accounted for at the agreed prices and in accordance with applicable law. Advances for work not performed are refunded, subject only to legally permitted set-offs. This provision adds no new penalty or cancellation charge. Statutory restitution and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

17. Payment preference and SEPA Direct Debit

Invoices are created and sent outside this website. Rapid Framez arranges any automatic collections directly through Mollie. This website records only your payment preference and does not perform payments, invoicing or collections. Here you indicate only your preference. Signing your website agreement does not constitute a SEPA mandate. The mandate is recorded separately outside this website. Your payment choice is separate from the general terms and marketing consent. Before each collection you receive a separate email with the amount, collection date, invoice or period, mandate reference and our contact details. We announce collections at least 14 calendar days in advance. If the amount or date changes, you receive a new notice. Old outstanding invoices are included only after a separate clear agreement. Once the SEPA Core scheme has been confirmed, you may request a refund of a debit through your bank within 8 weeks without giving a reason. You may dispute a collection without valid authorisation with your bank up to 13 months after the debit. You can revoke your mandate via info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online. Revocation does not automatically end any payment obligations under your agreement.

18. Confidentiality and personal data

Before processing personal data on the customer’s behalf, the parties conclude a data processing agreement specifying instructions, data categories, security, retention, subprocessors and transfers. A general privacy reference does not replace that agreement.

19. Invoicing, payment and construction start

Legally required structured electronic invoices are delivered through the applicable electronic channel. A PDF or payment link by email is then an additional copy. Signing does not prove payment.

20. Promotions and referrals

Discounts are independent of optional cookies and usage measurement. New requests have no personal timer. For Essentials or Pro, the customer expressly chooses twelve months with one month’s discount or twenty-four months with two months’ discount. Amounts and duration are recorded before signing. Refusing or withdrawing cookie consent does not change this benefit.
