Bookings and appointments

A button can take visitors to the booking service you already use. Tell us which service it is and how visitors book. A completely new custom system is not a standard part of a monthly plan.

Directions, phone and social media

Make it easy to find your location, call you, start a WhatsApp chat or view your Instagram and Facebook pages. Provide your correct contact details and links in the application.

Photos, videos and menus

Show your own photos, supplied videos, PDFs or a menu. You can supply material yourself or discuss a one-off, one-hour photo/video session with Rapid Framez for €200 excluding VAT.

What is outside the monthly plans?

Local SEO, extra landing pages, newsletter integrations with downloads as lead magnets, extensive photo or video production and drone footage remain outside the monthly plans. You can choose a separate one-time shoot: €200 excl. VAT for one hour on location, billed with the first month. Displaying a menu, price list, PDF, photo or video you supply can be discussed for any monthly plan, within its integration limits.

Which services are unavailable in the monthly plans?

Can I have new content added?

At €99, you can have content updated once every three months within the existing website structure, using material you supply. At €149, up to two hours of work per month are included for changes and additions agreed in advance. Unused update opportunities do not carry over. The scope of changes and extensions is agreed in advance. New pages, a redesign and complex features are not automatically included. At €49, changes and additions after delivery are not included.

This second chance is available after your original offer has expired. An offer that has already been used does not provide another benefit.

Terms and privacy

Follow our Instagram and Facebook pages and share the website on at least one of your own social channels, disclosing that you are sharing to receive a promotional benefit. After manual approval, you receive one month’s discount for a minimum term of 12 months or two months’ discount for a minimum term of 24 months, starting with the €99 plan. The discount is spread over your contract term and does not apply to one-off extras. Once per customer and business; cannot be combined with the 10% sharing offer. The expired timer does not restart. Select the approved benefit before signing. Existing signed agreements are not changed. The offer cookie remains a separate requirement for a promotional application that has not yet been signed; usage measurement is not required.

For the second-chance offer, we store your contact and business details, social profiles, shared post link, screenshots and review decision in a restricted-access file. Only Rapid Framez can view the evidence. We use it to assess your application, reply to you and assign the benefit once to the correct business. A necessary session cookie may remember your personal approval link. Provide only relevant screenshots and hide other people’s details. Email info@makkelijkeenwebsite.online with questions or to request deletion of evidence that is no longer needed; legal retention requirements for a concluded agreement still apply.
